If you represent a business, enterprise, or organization, your use of Ascensoft services is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), or custom license created specifically for your company.

Using Our Services
By using Ascensoft, you agree to:

✓ Provide accurate information when creating an account
✓ Keep your password secure and notify us if someone accesses your account without permission
✓ Use the service legally and not for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
What You Can't Do
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or harmful activities
- Try to hack, bypass, or break our security
- Copy, steal, or reverse engineer our software
- Send spam, phishing emails, or scams
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy
- Upload illegal, hateful, or harmful content
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.
Your Content & Rights
You own your content: Any files, text, or data you upload to Ascensoft remain yours.
We can use it to serve you: We get permission to store, display, and process your content to provide the service and keep it secure.
Your responsibility: Make sure your content is legal and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
Our Intellectual Property
Ascensoft software, interfaces, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us and protected by law.
You get a limited, personal license to use our services for your own purposes. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, or create versions of our software without permission.
Fees & Billing
If you purchase paid services:
- Prices and billing details will be shown before purchase
- We'll charge taxes where applicable (e.g., VAT)
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Late payments may result in account suspension
Third-Party Services
Our platform may connect with third-party services (payment processors, analytics, identity providers). We're not responsible for their actions, availability, or privacy practices. Always review their terms and policies.
Service Availability & Maintenance
We try to keep the service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be perfect or never go down.
Updates & Maintenance: We may update, patch, or improve the service at any time. We'll let you know about major changes when we can.
No guarantees: We don't promise the service will be error-free or always available.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data and the service.
Your role: You should also protect your account with a strong password and notify us immediately of any suspicious activity.
What We're Not Responsible For
To the extent allowed by law, Ascensoft is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages (lost profit, lost data, business interruption)
- Any damages exceeding PHP 50,000 or what you paid us in the last 12 months
- Errors, outages, or security issues beyond our reasonable control
Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You Protect Us
You agree to protect Ascensoft from any claims, damages, or legal costs that arise from:
- Your use of the service
- Your content or data
- You violating these terms or the law
- You infringing on someone else's rights
Canceling Your Account
You can quit anytime: Close your account whenever you want. Any money you've paid is usually non-refundable.
We can terminate: We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, don't pay, create security risks, or abuse the service.
What happens: When your account closes, you lose access. We may keep some data as required by law or for business reasons (see Privacy Policy).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect legal changes, security improvements, or business needs. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the website. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
We encourage you to try resolving disputes through good-faith discussion before taking legal action.
